{Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pineapple Confiture}

材料 Ingredients
(A) 鸡肉 Chicken
鸡胸肉(切小块) Chicken Breast (cut into small bite size) 120g
盐 Salt 1 pinch
胡椒粉 pepper 1 pinch
水 Water 1 tbs
油 Oil 1 tbs
面粉 Wheat Flour 3 tbs
玉米粉 Corn Flour 3 tbs
#腌制后上粉,下热油锅炸至酥脆金黄备用。
#Marinate and floured. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy and set aside.
(B) 酱汁 Sauce
蕃茄汁 Ketchup 2 tbs
酸梅酱 Sweet Plum Puree 1 tbs
水 Water 150ml
玉米粉水 Corn flour solution 2 tbs to thicken
#把材料加入水煮滚调匀,加玉米粉水煮至浓稠度恰好即成。
#Bring ingredients to boil, add in corn flour solution to thicken.
(C) 蔬菜 Vegetables
油 Oil 1 tsp
黄瓜数片 Cucumbers a few pieces
洋葱数片 Onions a few pieces
蕃茄数片 Tomatoes a few wedges
(D) 果酱 Confitures
水晶凤梨果酱 适量 Pineapple Confitures a few teaspoon
方法 Methods
1) 烧热炒锅,加少许油,加入切好的蔬菜,稍微兜炒,再加入煮好的酱汁煮沸。
2)关火,加入炸好的鸡胸肉,兜匀上碟,铺上水晶凤梨果酱即成。
1)Heat up wok, add in some oil , stir in precut vegetables,slightly toss to fry, then pour in precooked sauce, bring to boil.
2) Off flame and fold in deep fried chicken breast, toss well and place on a plate. Sprinkle a few teaspoons of Pineapple Confiture to twist up the taste.
