《罗望子煎鲭鱼》
Fried Mackerel with Tamarind Juice
很平常不过的作法,也是很可口的煮法~
材料 Ingredients
(A)
鲭鱼 Mackerel - 600g
糖 sugar - 1 tbs
酱油 soy sauce - 2 tbs
罗望子汁 tamarind juice - 30 ml
蒜末 chopped garlic - 1 tsp
玉米粉 corn flour - 1 tsp
油 oil - 1 tbs
## 把腌料调匀腌制鲭鱼30分钟。 Merinate mackerel with all ingredients for 30 minutes.
方法 Methods
1) 用中火将锅子烧热,加入足够覆盖鱼的油量,慢慢一条一条放入锅中,煎好一面再翻一面煎,要好时再用热油冲凉至松脆。
2)沥干,上碟,伴与三拜沾酱和桔子。趁热品尝~
1) Heat up a wok at medium heat with shallow oil , wait until the oil is heated, gently place in all fish into the wok .Slowly fry and turn to another face when done , bath hot oil on fish to get extra crispiness.
2)Drain and set aside , serve n a plate accompanied with sambal belachan and kalamansi.
Serve Hot
