油麦菜炒腐乳
<< Romaine Lettuce in Chinese Cheese Sauce>>

Once in while i would like to fry this for myself , at least once in a while I do eat GREENS .

So this time I am sharing something special than we normally eat in our every meal.
The character of Preserved Tofu is like Cheese , so the sauce cooked with it , we name it Chinese Cheese Sauce here. Hope you also fine it interesting.

材料 Ingredients:
(A)
油麦菜 Romaine Lettuce - 200 g ( is like 3- 4 nos, picked , washed and drained well)

(B)腐乳酱 Preserved Tofu Puree
去皮老姜 peeled ginger - 1/2 inch (peeled)
去皮蒜头 peeled garlic - 1 clove
好的酱油 top grade soy sauce - 1 tsp
料酒 cooking wine - 2 tbs
腐乳 preserved tofu - 3 pieces
麻油 sesame oil -1 tsp
糖 sugar - 1 tsp
* Blend everything finely in blender , set aside.
*用调理机打烂备用。

(C)
油 oil - 1 tbs
辣椒丝 sliced chili - a few (少许)
虾仁 peeled shrimp - a few (少许)
水 water - 100 ml
芡粉 corn starch solution - 1 tbs

Methods:
1) Heat up wok with oil at medium heat , add in chili peeled shrimp and slightly saute it, add in the blended puree of preserved tofu , let it boil a bit until fragrant and see oil flows out.
2) Add in water ,stir well ad bring to boil and thicken the sauce . Add in the Romaine Lettuce stir fry until slightly cooked , cover with a lid , wait for 10 seconds , open the lid and start stir fry again , not to over cook it and serve it on plate .
Serve Hot

方法:
1 ) 锅子里烧热油,下椒丝,虾仁,炒机下,加入腐乳酱,炒至出油。
2 ) 加水烧开,加芡粉调匀,然后加入洗好漓干的油麦菜,稍微兜炒几下,加盖焖10秒,揭盖炒至均匀上碟。
